Welcome to our appointment-only boutique salon! To ensure personalized service and the best experience, we operate strictly by appointment, and we do not accept walk-ins.

  • Consultation: For first-time clients, your initial appointment will include a consultation to discuss your desired services and assess your needs.
  • Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to reserve your spot and allow us to tailor your experience.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide you with the best service. In order to ensure that we can accommodate all clients, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

New Client Policy for Color and Cut Services

At The Mane Co. Salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that all clients receive the best possible experience. To maintain this level of service, we require all new clients booking color or cut services to have a credit card on file at the time of booking.

By providing a card on file, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
